Maxwell and Gizmo
Gizmo’s specialty is skijoring in the winter. (Skijoring is pulling
her human friends on skis with a harness and reins.) She loves the snow,
and is a great puller and tireless companion. She is also special in
that she has learned to tolerate the newest member, Maxwell. Maxwell, a miniature
pinscher, is a spunky 8 pound dog with a 123 pound attitude.
Max has recently taken to walking on his hind legs only (see photo). He
thinks he is as big as a bear when he walks on its hind legs. He has amazing
physical balance and can walk like that for quite awhile. His human
friends think his brain is the size of a BB. (He thinks the same
thing about them. )
His "diet" includes
dandelions, apples, and flies. He makes a great exterminator in the
house!
