UniqueFarm Policies:
UniqueFarm uses an SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer) server for your order
information. This assures that the information you share with us when you
place an order will be encrypted to protect it in transit. The information is sent
to our order processing system, which is not Web accessible. For your
security and protection of your personal information we have the following best
practice: When your
order has been processed (within 24 hours) your credit card information and the
other order information is removed from our server.
It is the policy of UniqueFarm to keep private information
private. Therefore, we do not share, sell, or trade the personal information that
you share with us. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses,
etc.
UniqueFarm
wants you to be happy with your purchases. If you are dissatisfied for any
reason, just return the product to us within 30 days for a replacement or a full
refund (not including return shipping).
Shipping and
Handling Charges:

The actual shipping charges are calculated from the weight of the
product as you place the order. We try our best to make this reflect
our realistic actual costs. We do not add any additional
handling nor other miscellaneous charges. The total shipping
calculations are shown to the right.
UniqueFarm
processes each order by hand. This provides some
intelligence in the process. For example, we have had customers
order two similar items on separate orders placed minutes apart.
This causes the shipping charges to be higher than placing a single
order. We automatically adjusted the shipping charges to be the
lower rate and the customer was notified by email of the reduced
price. |
