UniqueFarm Sweepstakes Rules

Each contest will run from the first day of the month through the last day of the same month, unless otherwise noted.  The winner will be notified by email during the first week of the following month.  Invalid email addresses and duplicate entries will be discarded.  We are not responsible for lost, invalid or incorrect email addresses.  Winners will be notified after each drawing and asked for a shipping address for their prize at that time.   We try our best to get the prizes to the winners as quickly as possible,  typically within 7 days (international shipments may take longer).

You may enter our contest once per day per person per email per IP address.  You must be at least 14 years old to enter.   Automatic entries are NOT allowed and will be deleted.  Entries on behalf of others are also NOT permitted.   While we enjoy giving away prizes, one of the sweepstake's purposes is to make visitors aware of our site and the products we offer.  Automated entries and entries on behalf of others defeat this purpose and are also not fair to those who enter manually and faithfully each day.

We respect our customers privacy and will NOT share, sell or give your personal information to ANYONE!  This is why we initially ask only for a valid name and email address, we do not collect information on our customers.

Free shipping and handling within continental U.S. and Canada is included for each prize.  International prize recipients are responsible for any applicable duties determined to be due by Customs.  You are responsible for any local, state or federal taxes, if applicable.  

We reserve the right to discontinue any sweepstakes due to fraud, abuse, or system problems.  Prizes are subject to change each month, so please return to check out  the new monthly prizes.  You are encouraged to return daily to increase your chances of winning.

By entering this contest, you are agreeing to allow UniqueFarm to post your name (no other personal information) on our monthly winner's list.
